Leo was a great charter captain. we were leaving tommorow morning for our flight back home and we booked the trip day of last minute. Leo was super flexible with our schedule and was able to get us on a 4 hour charter that same day.
Leo kept everything professional, fun, and friendly. he put us on big snook and jacks on our charter and we we couldnt have been happier with our trip.
We could tell Leo loves fishing and hes extremely experienced and knowledgeable about sportfishing himself.

Booked last minute and we got set up quick. Went out there for 4 hours and hooked up to a tarpon quick and then started sniping snook so overall 5 star fishing and 5 star experience
We are from the west coast & decided to make a trip all the way to south Florida for some fishing. After looking through hundreds of charter options, we decided to go with Leo. We had a great time, hooked into some crevelles, grouper, Bonita, barracuda, sharks, etc. A few days later we headed out on a 2nd trip for tarpon & ended up hooking into 6! (among a few other fish). It was a blast, couldn’t have asked for a better night.
I could honestly say that even if we didn’t get into a bunch of fish- we still would’ve had a good time. Leo is just all around a cool dude & fun to be on the water with. Whenever we make it back to Florida, we will definitely be giving him a call to get into some more fish!
We caught 3 massive tarpon with Leo and we all had a great time. Super kind and knowledgeable guide. We would definitely go out with him again and highly recommend!
My husband and I had a great charter with Leo! We had a last minute trip to Miami and he was able to fit us in, being super responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed the time on the boat and Leo went out of his way to make sure we had the best shot at catching great fish. We had a fantastic time and can’t want to come back to Miami and fish with Leo again!
Captain Leo was on time and professional, within the first half hour we had several big bites and as the time went on the fishing got better!
The timing of the trip was very lucky, we arrived just as the mullet started running. In one particular spot the bait and tarpon were so thick it was all you could see!
From trolling up big over-slot Snook to sight casting at 100lb+ Tarpon 10 feet from the boat it was definitely a trip I will never forget as long as I live.
Can’t thank Capt. Leo enough! We’ll be back ASAP!
My Dad and I drove over from Naples for some Spring Tarpon fishing down in Miami and Leo put us ON THE FISH!!! 3 nice Tarpon to the boat, Miami skyline & sunset, rocket launch & fireworks in the background, the whole thing just amazing.
If you want to catch trophy fish in this area Leo is your guy. Positive attitude, great vibes, highly confident, very professional, very attentive to the lines, baits, markin fish, etc. You can definitely tell he's been doing this his whole life and how much he loves it.
If you want your chance at a trophy Tarpon I highly recommend you give this guy a call. Also keep in mind he's an offshore guru as well (Sailfish, Mahi, Blackfin Tunas, etc.)
Captain Leo showed us a great time and even though we are all novices we got some awesome catches. Within minutes of setting up the fishing rods we caught a Snook, and that was just the beginning of several great catches (one was a barracuda)!
Captain Leo was awesome with my 10 year old son. It was my son’s first off shore experience and Leo was very patient and explained everything my son needed to do to successfully reel in his first big offshore catch. The enthusiasm Leo had for the catch, the first bumps and high fives were more than this mom could ask for. It was a memory I will not forget. Great day of fishing! Leo was also a great communicator responding timely to my texts and phone calls. I would absolutely book with him again!
